Helpful staff that quickly catered to my needs.

I faced numerous issues with the WiFi during my stay. The connection was unstable and often unavailable, which was incredibly frustrating. I personally had to contact the reception repeatedly, which added to my discomfort. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited compared to other hotels I've been to.

We loved the friendly staff and the breakfast selection. The hotel is super close to Ayala and Greenbelt, which made exploring with our child easy and enjoyable. The housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy.

herald suites polaris was a nice find! the staff was exceptionally helpful and made sure all my needs were met. the location is close to ayala, making it super convenient for exploring the area. i enjoyed the lovely breakfast selection, and the toiletries were a pleasant surprise. overall, a cozy stay!

i wish there was a better view from the windows.

Had a great time in the Standard Double Room. It was super clean with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Enjoyed the full body massage at the spa. Loved having a minibar, coffee machine, and flat-screen TV. The staff was so polite and helpful, really made my stay better.
